Terms of Service

This page sets out the scope of the VPNFH cross-border network acceleration subscription, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use, availability and disclaimers, and refunds. Continuing to use the service means you accept the terms below.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

VPNFH provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription: through international routes in 90+ countries and 160+ lines, users reach international websites, remote-work tools, and overseas content platforms. Clients cover Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux — sign in to the user panel to get the client and your subscription.

Subscriptions are billed by billing cycle and data allowance, with prices and volumes as published on the plans page: monthly plans at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date and mid-cycle upgrades prorated against the remaining days; data packs at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, used until exhausted and never expiring.

The service provides route scheduling and network acceleration only; it does not include local broadband access. Users need their own working local network connection and a supported device.

2. Accounts and Subscription Rules

Signing up requires only a username and password — no email address. The account belongs to the person who registered it, and while the subscription is active it can be used on an unlimited number of devices.

The following fall outside the scope of authorization: reselling, renting out, or distributing subscription links; sharing an account long-term with anyone other than the holder; using automated scripts to bulk-register or scrape route information, or running stress tests against the servers; and bypassing billing or data metering in any way. Losses caused by poor safeguarding of account credentials are borne by the account holder.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction and with the terms of any third-party services they access. The service is intended for ordinary cross-border access, remote collaboration, content access, and development and debugging.

The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: distributing illegal material, infringing intellectual property, carrying out network attacks or port scanning, fraud, or violating the privacy of others. Users are responsible for all content transmitted through the service. Where a competent authority makes a lawful request, the service will cooperate as required by applicable law.

4. Availability and Disclaimers

The service uses route redundancy and smart traffic splitting to reduce the chance of interruption and continuously maintains route quality, but it does not promise specific uptime, latency, or bandwidth figures.

Interruptions or degraded experience caused by the following are not treated as a breach by the service: changes to the user's local network or carrier policies; access restrictions or regional policy changes on the target site itself; force majeure such as subsea cable faults, data-centre power outages, or natural disasters. Streaming platforms and AI tools set their own available regions, and the service does not guarantee that specific content will be accessible at any particular time.

5. Account Termination and Term Changes

The service may suspend or terminate an account, without refunding the remaining subscription period, in the following cases: reselling or sharing the subscription, bulk registration, attacking or scanning the servers, using the service for unlawful purposes, or confirmed payment fraud.

These terms are updated as the service changes; updates are published on this page with the last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and request a refund.

6. Billing, Refunds, and Contact

Subscriptions support Alipay / WeChat / USDT and are billed for the cycle you choose. A full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 7 days of the first payment; submit the request through a ticket in the user panel, and once verified it is returned via the original payment channel.

Questions about your account, subscription, or billing can also be submitted as a ticket; please include the order time and the plan you chose so each item can be checked.

This page contains the Terms of Service and, together with the Privacy Policy, forms the complete agreement for using the service. The latest pricing and data allowances are on the plans page; for common how-to questions, see the Help Center first.
